Look no further. Hot Yoga Downtown is proud to offer a Yoga Alliance-affiliated 200-hour teacher training program featuring the best instruction in Albuquerque.

Cost: $2800 (plus tax).

Training Schedule: We will kick off with a five-day intensive, followed by five weekends, every other weekend.

Five-day intensive: July 20–24

Morning class: 6:30-7:30 am

Break: 7:30- 10 am

Instructional time: 10 am - 2 pm daily

Afternoon class of choice (4, 6, or 8 pm)

Weekends:

August 8-9

August 22-23

September 5-6

September 19-20

October 3-4

Morning class of choice (7, 9, or 11 am)

Instructional time: 12:30-2:30 pm

Afternoon class of choice (3 or 5 pm)
