Hot Yoga is designed to heal the body from the inside out.
We offer both sixty minute and ninety minutes classes; the room is heated to 105-110 degrees to increase flexibility and encourage elimination of toxins through the skin, promoting mental and physical strength beyond what you ever thought possible!
For students desiring a curriculum that is more geared toward the restorative, our Warm and Gentle class is highly recommended.
